Cozy Nest Living was created to offer more than just housing. It’s a place where adults can regain stability, dignity, and peace of mind in a safe and supportive environment. Founded by a mother and daughter team, our work is deeply personal. One co-founder is a seasoned healthcare professional with years of experience supporting patients through clinical care. The other brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to create a safe and nurturing home through years of caregiving for a loved one.

Welcome Meeting

We will schedule a short meeting (virtual or in-person) to confirm eligibility, review expectations, and answer any questions.

Move-In or Join Waitlist

Depending on availability, you will either receive a move-in date or be added to our waitlist and contacted when we can welcome you in.

Can couples apply to live together?

We evaluate this on a case-by-case basis, depending on space and availability. At this time, we primarily accept individual residents.

Are there staff members on-site 24/7?

No, while we maintain secure properties and stay in close contact with residents, Cozy Nest Living does not provide 24-hour supervision or live-in staff.

Can I bring my own furniture or décor?

All rooms are fully furnished for your convenience. You may bring small personal items, but large furniture pieces are not permitted.

Is there a lease or long-term commitment?

No, there is no long-term lease required. We offer flexible, month-to-month housing with a written agreement and clear house rules.

Is substance use allowed?

No, Cozy Nest Living is a drug- and alcohol-free environment. Residents must commit to maintaining a sober lifestyle while living in our homes.

Do you accept residents with serious mental health conditions?

No, we serve adults with Level 1 mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. We are not equipped to support individuals who require intensive care, supervision, or medication management.
